Un site de design finlandais en collaboration avec l’ONU lance un concours de design pour susciter des idées novatrices physiques ou organisationnelles pour limiter grâce au design, l’impact des catastrophes naturelles
Disasters continue to happen, but you can reduce their impact. At global design village we believe that design is all about empathy with people, we also believe that design and innovation can create the solutions to counteract the powerful impact of disasters.
As a result we are running a global competition in which we are looking for the best and most innovative solutions to reduce the impact of disasters.
The competition is open to 3 categories: Students, Professionals and the General Public.
Global Design Village
tarting in March 2011 and culminating in October 2012, the winners from each continent in the world will be invited to Helsinki Finland to take part in a 2 day event and award ceremony on the International Day for Disaster Reduction 10th October 2012 and as part of the Helsinki World Design Capital 2012 year.
