Protect your creation

Are you a designer, artist, student, or researcher? Do you originate innovations, esthetic or industrial creations, new images or names for your firm or for a third-party?

Regardless of your project and your area of activity, anything you invent or conceive deserves to be protected.

Your creations, whether technical or artistic, with a commercial purpose or not, may be subject to one or more protective measures.

Intellectual property serves to protect intellectual creations. It rewards innovators’ efforts by providing them rights to disseminate their creations in society and making them thrive, through their exclusive rights for a specific period.

Protecting yourself with industrial property gives you the means to act against counterfeiters and unfair conduct.

It is also...

  • Creating value
Possessing a portfolio of patents, brands, drawings, and models contributes to your firm’s intangible capital wealth and may constitute a source of tangible income (transfers, operating licenses...).
  • Promoting your creations
A factor of recognition, intellectual property is a sure means for promoting your creations with partners and establishing your reputation with your clients.
  • Stimulating your creativity and innovation
Intellectual property allows you to evaluate an innovation’s novel character and incites you to look for ever more creative solutions.
  • Increasing your credibility
Patenting industrial property and claiming author’s royalties, ensures you greater credibility with your partners, in particular financiers, and materializes the development of your ideas and products.
  • Growing on other markets
Protecting your creation internationally opens new markets to profit from your products and to make allies with new partners abroad.
