Laurent Dutheil, territorial administrator, studied law. He was Jean-Paul Huchon’s Deputy Director of Cabinet. At his side, he has established a number of partnerships with higher education and research institutions as well as with public and private actors in economic sectors.

Stéphane Simon was previously responsible for exports, consultant for creation industries, before supervising arts and culture communications at the City of Nancy. He has been an independent designer for fifteen years and taught design management in engineering and business schools.

Claire Foucquier, territorial assistant, was the deputy general director for a locality of 30,000 inhabitants, responsible for human resources, general administration, and finance.

Architect and urban designer, Florence Lamblin was a founding associate at the Avant Travaux Architectes agency, which, among other things, has created the furnishings for the European Parliament in Strasbourg. Sensitive to sustainable development issues, she is particularly interested in European eco-neighborhood projects.

Renan Sobaga is an engineer, graduate of the HEC business school where he studied technological start-up management. At the Centre Francilien de l’Innovation he developed, on behalf of designers and small businesses, expertise in project assistance, in particular in the design, materials, and environment sector.
